Cucumber Dip 2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely grated 2 pints Cream O Weber sour cream One clove minced garlic and approximately1tablespoon cumin, to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper In a strainer, squeeze out excess liquid from the cucumbers. Mix with sour cream, herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
